With the Helldivers being busy Defending against the Terminids and Automatons, the Illuminates decided to take the chance and started their first Attack on the 22.08.2185, their Target: Fort Sanctuary.
Super Earth immediately reacted and a new Major Order was given out.
Kill 1 Billion Illuminate to stop their Invasion Forces.
The First planet that was attacked was Grafmere, We rerouted the Illuminate Dissenters that were split up between the two Fronts and send Darcimus, Phantom and the Lighting from the Sovereigns Guard along to Ensure Victory.
ROADBLOCK joined them and the Squad deployed.
Their Orders were to slow down the Invasion and Evacuate Citizens.
They deployed near some small Cities and started tearing through the Illuminate, Phantom eliminating the Overseers, The Lighting tearing through the Hordes of Voteless, Darcimus and ROADBLOCK Destroying Harvesters Dropships and killing Fleshmobs.
The First City was successfully Evacuated but the Invasion force overran it so the Squad was forced to move to the Next City.
They Evacuated as many Cities as they could but with more time passed the number of Survivors shrunk.
After two Days of nonstop fighting the Planet was deemed lost and the Squad was Ordered to Extract and Redeploy to Kerth Secundus.
The Order came in the Middle of an Evacuation and they Stayed until every Citizen was Evacuated.
ROADBLOCK and Darcimus stood at the Back Deploying Turrets and being The last line of Defense.
Phantom jumped through the Shadows taking out the Overseers, The Lightning arced through the Enemy Forces, rarely being spotted.
After One hour of roasting Calamari the last Citizens were successfully evacuated.
The Extraction shuttle was deployed immediately.
The Squad successfully Extracted and Redeployed to Kerth Secundus.
Their Orders didn't Change slow down the Invasion and Evacuate as many Citizens as possible.
They hot Dropped into Hildoara Central. They teamed up with SEAF troops and Ordered them to get as many Civilians to the Main Evacuation point while they tried to stop the Illuminate Forces.
Over the Span of 42 Hours, they killed Countless Illuminates and destroyed several hundred Warp ships.
The Planet was expected to be lost within 6 Hours so they moved to Primary Evacuation point, teamed up with the SEAF Units and made their last Stand there.
The Illuminate threw Everything they had at them tens of thousands of illuminates attacked The Evacuation point.
ROADBLOCK and some SEAF Soldiers positioned themselves at the Back and established an impenetrable last line of Defense.
Darcimus Stood at the Front, destroying Harvesters, Eliminating Fleshmobs and Calling in Barrages and Bombs.
Phantom targeted the Enemy Overseers, One after the other died.
The Lighting Arced through the Hordes, taking out several hundreds of Voteless.
The Enemy’s never ending attack caused them to fallback behind the last defense line.
Yet they managed to Evacuate all Citizens, but at the cost of Brave SEAF Soldiers.
In the End the Squad called in the Extraction shuttle and Extracted under Heavy Fire.
The Planet was Lost but they already had new Orders which led them to Regnus.
